    No one can deny that this has been a year like no other. Many things have changed in the blink of an eye; however, these are not reasons to decline, but to stay positive and with your head held high.

    In many places, the quarantine is still going on and, inthose places where the quarantine has already ended, social distancing is still recommended, as well as teleworking, among other things, which means that we spend a lot of time at home. For some, spending most of the time at home may mean not paying attention to the clothes we wear, and being in pajamas for most of the day, and while this may seem like a good thing in first instance (because it's comfortable, you don’t waste time doing it, etc.), can be self-defeating for us. Let me tell you why.

     

    Staying positive during quarantine

     

    As I said at the beginning: these are moments out of the ordinary. Just a few months ago, no one could have guessed that the world would change so much. So instead of stayingangry, worried or frustrated because of the situation that is being experienced worldwide, the best we can do is stay positive, think that all this will end soon and that will be able to live our lives in a normal way and enjoy all the things that we have always liked so much, like festivals.

    Yes, I know. Sometimes staying positive can be quite difficult: bad news, stress, work, etc. We cannot avoid feeling a little bad some days, in fact, it is good to feel bad sometimes, but we must try that most of the time to keep an optimistic attitude that allows us to continue performing correctly in our personal lives, to be able to appreciate the little things, and be grateful for the blessings we have.

     

    Stay fashionable during quarantine

     

    A very effective way to maintain an optimistic and positive attitude towards life and this situation is to establish routines; when there is disorder in our lives (such as eating at any time, always being in pajamas, forgetting to bathe, eating junk food, and staying up very late) it is most likely that we will find it difficult to keep an optimistic and positive attitude, because our body and mind will be tired. But, on the other hand, if we keep routines where we eat healthy food, we try to sleep at least seven hours a day, andwe stay fashionable, I assure you that it will be easier to be positive.

    Especially stay fashionable, since our external appearance says a lot about how we look and feel on the inside. And, when we dress in fashion, in a way that we can express ourselves as we are, feeling comfortable, sexy and confident, then I assure you that you will feel much more positive about life. That you will look in the mirror and you will like what you see. That you will be able to enjoy yourself and your appearance again as you did before this troublesome pandemic occurred.

    So don't let this situation make you lower your head. Express yourself, dress how you want, show yourself that you are the person you want to be! May your outfits be a joy to you and give you strength to be positive day by day.
